Profit Calculator Tool
A recent project I worked on with West Holidays was building a simple but powerful tool designed to help potential clients better understand the value of their service.
The idea started with a basic concept I pitched to them (first image). The goal was to move beyond simply telling property owners what the commission difference looks like on paper.
Instead, we created an interactive profit calculator that allows owners to input details about their own property and see a personalised illustration of what they could earn with West Holidays compared to national agencies.
By making the numbers relevant to their own situation, it becomes far more compelling than quoting a flat commission percentage.
Owners can explore the figures themselves and clearly see the difference in value that West’s more hands-on, locally managed approach can offer.
Paired with a recent ad campaign we filmed together, the tool has already helped generate strong interest and new leads from property owners looking for a more personal alternative to the big national companies.
It’s a great example of how a simple idea, when executed well, can become a powerful marketing asset.
